Your Tasks
- You are responsible for quality-compliant product delivery
- You take care of improvement potentials and actively drive quality assurance forward
- You ensure smooth complaint management
- You are responsible for the timely processing of automotive customer complaints according to the 8D methodology
- You continuously develop our QM system towards IATF 16949
What You Bring
- Completed technical training and further education as a quality technician
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance
- Experience in one of the following areas: electroplating, electrical engineering, materials science or metallography desirable
- Good IT skills (Office, SAP)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills
- You understand the processes and specifics of a strip electroplating plant
- Flexibility, communication skills and an independent working style
