These are your tasks
- Responsible for the professional implementation of nursing measures with a focus on the safety and well-being of the residents
- Careful and complete documentation of all nursing and technical activities according to applicable standards
- Assuming the role of central contact person in emergency situations for doctors, hospitals, and relatives
- Accompanying, supporting, and advising residents and their relatives in everyday life and challenging life situations
- Ensuring high nursing quality by consistently adhering to instructions, guidelines, and internal quality requirements

- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ as well as further training as RAI coordinator and vocational trainer advantageous
- Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
- Strong ability to listen attentively as well as respectful and clear communication
- Humorous, appreciative, and empathetic attitude towards the residents
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good understanding of the Swiss dialect

Burgerspittel is the retirement institution of the Burgergemeinde Bern. In a refined setting, we offer care and support as well as numerous hotel services for around 190 elderly residents. We cultivate a warm welcome culture and treat employees and residents openly and appreciatively.
