We are an internationally active manufacturer of active ingredients and finished medicinal products in the fields of homeopathy, phytotherapy, and complementary medicine.
With a broad range, we supply customers in around 50 countries worldwide.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to start by arrangement or immediately as
Internal Sales Administration (80% – 100%)
Your tasks:
- Order entry and processing
- Creation and processing of quotations
- Invoicing and billing of documentation orders
- Telephone support and advice for customers (pharmacies/drugstores)
- Support in national shipping processing
- Complaint and damage case management
- Data maintenance in the ERP system (Blending)
Your profile:
- Qualified druggist EFZ or pharmacy specialist EFZ
- Experience in internal sales or administration
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English and French skills desired
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- Enjoyment in customer contact
