The company is an established Swiss housing cooperative with a long tradition in the development, management, and preservation of attractive and affordable housing. Responsibilities:
You ensure the maintenance and operational safety of buildings and outdoor facilities.
You independently carry out maintenance work, inspections, and minor repairs.
You monitor building services systems and coordinate external craft businesses.
You accompany apartment inspections, handovers, and tenant changes.
You support maintenance planning as well as budgeting of repair projects.
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training EFZ in a craft or technical profession.
Professional experience in building maintenance, caretaking, or property management.
Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style.
Driving licence category B as well as good MS Office skills.
Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
