Your Responsibilities
- Leadership & Developer: You lead, organise, coordinate and promote the Operating Theatre Technology team with competence and empathy
- Process Optimisation: You manage the workflows of Operating Theatre Technology and actively contribute to the further development of efficient processes according to Lean Management principles.
- Quality, Hygiene and Safety Standards: Quality is a must for you – you are responsible for a safe and efficient operation in the operating area.
- In the Thick of It: Active participation in the theatre – assisting with instrumentation and serving during operations is a matter of course for you.
- Future Maker: We want to move forward! You actively work on projects and the further development of Operating Theatre Technology.
Your Profile
- The Foundation: A completed training as a certified Operating Theatre Technician HF (foreign diplomas: SRK recognition) as well as several years of experience in the dynamic environment of an acute hospital.
- The Add-on: You have leadership experience and already bring management training
- Your Mindset: You convince through responsibility, resilience and high social competence and act confidently and solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
- The Leadership Style: You lead with sensitivity and commitment, create orientation in a dynamic environment and promote a culture of collaboration, quality and mutual appreciation.
- Team Player: A partnership-based, interprofessional collaboration is a matter of course for you
