What is my role?

• Active participation in the management of financial accounting for the billing circles of the resident and local citizen communities of Dottikon and Hägglingen, Roman Catholic parish, ARA Falkenmatt as well as schools at Maiengrün (SAM)

• Processing of tax accounting, debt collection and the service solution STAG

• Management of accounts receivable accounting

• Responsible supervision of accounts payable and cash registers

• Carrying out counter and telephone services

• Supportive activities for the Head of Finance in various areas of responsibility

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training as well as several years of practical experience in the financial sector of a public administration. Ideally, you show interest in professional development.

• Independent, conscientious and precise way of working with a focus on practical solutions

• Sound knowledge of common municipal software solutions (Abacus, Innosolv, STAG, CMI, MS Office)

• Strong team spirit and communication skills

• High resilience and the ability to assert oneself

• Open-minded personality with pleasure in direct contact with citizens and authorities
