Your Tasks

Get involved in our building services and ensure optimal maintenance, cleaning and care of our headquarters at Untere Schöntalstrasse 12.

Your tasks

Setting up meeting rooms and auditoriums for various events
Cleaning work inside and outside the building
Repairs to sanitary facilities, furniture, doors, etc.
Monitoring building technology and first response in case of malfunctions
On-call service for building technology and snow clearance

Your Profile

Qualified building maintenance specialist with a federal certificate or other basic craft training with federal certificate and further training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate
Driving licences category B and forklift
VSAA course and basic PSAgA course advantageous
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Independent and service-oriented personality
