What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dedicated polymechanic who loves precision and appreciates technical challenges. In this versatile position, you will work with state-of-the-art CNC technology and apply your skills to demanding manufacturing tasks.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Setting up and manufacturing complex workpieces on highly modern CNC machining centres

• Independently programming and continuously optimising manufacturing processes

• Processing demanding materials with the highest quality standards

• Actively contributing to the further development of production processes

• Maintenance and care of the machines

You will work on both individual parts and prototypes and have the opportunity to apply your expertise from the first step to the finished product. You will benefit from state-of-the-art infrastructure and genuine creative freedom.

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ

• Initial experience in CNC turning

• Ideally knowledge of common control systems such as Heidenhain, Haas or OSP controls

• Experience with multitasking and turning machines is an advantage

• Independent, structured working style combined with initiative

• Team spirit, commitment and willingness to take responsibility

• The desire to actively contribute your expertise and continuously develop yourself
