As an auditor at BDO, you support our clients with a wide range of various consulting services. This includes classic tasks in the area of audit and active support in forward-looking projects. You work in a professional environment with a lot of expertise, which allows you to develop further!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Together with a motivated team, you will audit annual and consolidated financial statements in the Wealth Management sector (including banks, asset managers, fund management, funds, FinTech, real estate companies, and independent asset managers) according to Swiss, Liechtenstein, and international accounting standards
- You are the engagement leader for audits, regulatory audits, and internal audit mandates as well as approval audits
- You ensure comprehensive consulting for our nationally and internationally active clients
- Together with other experienced employees, you engage in the acquisition of new clients
- You take responsibility for various focus or special audits (e.g., money laundering) as well as other interesting projects from financial companies
THIS IS HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in business administration) with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting, etc.
- You are a certified auditor or are about to complete your certification
- You have several years of audit experience in the financial sector (ideally with a focus on banks, asset management, or fintech) and have initial experience in leading teams
- You have a confident oral and written expression in German and English
- You actively and motivatedly approach clients and are interested in their needs, convincing them with your arguments and presence
- Personally, you are characterized by commitment, resilience, as well as good social skills and leadership responsibility
