Your new tasks

• You will take on the management of demanding projects in the field of building and infrastructure control systems and implement innovative solutions for smart buildings
• You will be responsible for the professional, scheduling, financial, and methodological control of the projects and ensure efficient implementation
• In this context, you will lead a cross-regional team of project staff, motivate successful collaboration, and promote further development
• Additionally, you will support customers with large control systems beyond the project duration and ensure sustainable support as well as the implementation of technical and conceptual topics
• Through target group-oriented communication, you coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers

Your talents and experience

• You have a higher education in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in project management
• You have experience as a project manager and a certification according to IPMA Level C or a comparable project management certification
• You bring sound knowledge in the field of building control systems or infrastructure control systems or are willing to develop further in this area
• You are familiar with different project management methods and show enthusiasm for leadership
• Your working style is characterised by negotiation skills, reliability, independence, and clear communication
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English and French skills are desirable
