Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the day's arrivals, including room allocation, VIP reception, and relocations.
You will ensure smooth collaboration with all hotel departments.
Your mission will be to monitor the satisfaction of present guests and anticipate their needs.
You will supervise billing and payment collection from individual guests and groups.
You will be responsible for developing, updating, and applying reception procedures.
You will organize and lead regular meetings with the reception team.
You will participate in the training and integration of new employees.
You will ensure clear and effective communication with the team, the Head of Reception, and other departments.
Profile sought
You have a hospitality education (CFC, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS).
You have gained 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5* establishment.
You master computer tools (Opera, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You possess managerial and team management skills.
You have a strong sense of hospitality, customer service, and excellent presentation.
You are bilingual in French and English, and knowledge of German is an asset.
