- You prepare and review interim and annual financial statements according to OR and discuss the results with the clients.
- You are responsible for VAT returns and prepare tax returns for legal and natural persons.
- You support clients with questions about liquidity, budgeting, and business organisation.
- You coordinate cooperation with tax authorities, auditors, and other external contacts.
- You review the work results of employees and support their professional development.
- You contribute improvements to digital accounting processes and collaboration with clients.
- Several years of experience in Swiss trust services and independent mandate management
- Confidence with financial statements according to OR, VAT, and tax returns
- Good knowledge of Abacus or comparable trust software
- Advisory-oriented personality with clear communication and a good sense of customer needs
- Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
- Flexible working hours and possibility for home office

- Digitally organised workflows and professional exchange within the team
- Development opportunities towards team leadership or extended mandate responsibility
Tasks
- You manage your own portfolio of SME mandates and are the central contact person for financial and fiduciary questions.- You prepare and review interim and annual financial statements according to OR and discuss the results with the clients.

Profile
- Federal professional certificate in trust or finance and accounting; further expert training is welcome- Several years of experience in Swiss trust services and independent mandate management
- Confidence with financial statements according to OR, VAT, and tax returns
- Good knowledge of Abacus or comparable trust software
- Advisory-oriented personality with clear communication and a good sense of customer needs
- Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
