Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG, Goldach is a company of Amcor Limited, one of the world’s largest suppliers of responsible packaging solutions. With around 300 employees, we refine aluminium foils and other materials into recyclable packaging materials.

Your main tasks
- Sparring partner for our managers and advising them in challenging leadership situations, conflicts and leadership-relevant topics
- Support of own business areas and contact person for our employees throughout the entire HR life cycle to promote a productive, appreciative working environment
- Management of HR projects and active optimisation of new and existing HR processes such as HR digitalisation, performance management, talent management, recruitment
- Preparation and analysis of HR-relevant statistics, reports and presentations
- Support of change processes and transformations for a future-oriented industrial company
Your profile
- Advanced training in personnel or business administration (HR specialist certificate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
- Several years of experience in an industrial production company
- In-depth expertise and experience in labour and social security law topics
- Project and change management experience
- Organisational and IT flair
- High commitment and high quality standards
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style
- Team player with good communication skills
- Confident German and English, spoken and written
