Attached to the Instrumentation department, you hold a key position as an Instrumentation Expert at the Bulle site. At the crossroads between process instrumentation and analytical maintenance, you provide essential support to daily operations while managing technical projects and site changes.
Your main tasks
Technical Expertise & Project ManagementTechnical referent (SME): Provide advanced support on process equipment (flowmeters, probes, etc.) during site projects.
Change management (DIT): Analyse, take charge of and manage technical impact requests related to instrumentation and analytics.
Metrological deployment: Execute instrumentation steps respecting project milestones (instrument creation, maintenance plans, FAT/SAT, initial verifications).
Field support: Provide direct reinforcement to teams on daily activities and metrological verifications.
Analytical interface: Ensure liaison with analytical maintenance (notably HPLC systems) and coordinate external services.
Workload management: Plan, distribute and smoothly balance activities within the instrumentation team.
cGMP excellence: Ensure strict compliance with cGMP regulations and site documentation requirements.
Quality flow management: Lead complex investigations (Deviations, Change Control, CAPA) and represent the activity during quality audits.
Cross-functionality: Maintain transparent communication and strong partnership with stakeholders (Projects, QA, HSE, Qualification, Production) and suppliers.
Profile sought
Education & Experience: Higher degree in Instrumentation/Metrology with proven experience in a regulated environment (Pharma, Biotech, Chemistry, Agro).
Technical Expertise: Strong skills in process instrumentation, industrial metrology and laboratory equipment maintenance (HPLC is a major asset).
Tools & Systems: Proficiency in SAP (Optimu software appreciated) and quality tools management (cGMP, CAPA, Deviations, Change Control).
Personal qualities: Autonomy, rigour, proactivity in the field and ability to manage priorities and unforeseen events.
Interpersonal & Management: Smooth communication, good listening skills and ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
Languages: Fluent French (excellent writing) and professional English.
