For our store in Schönenwerd, we are looking for a Floor Manager (m/f/d).

With your entrepreneurial and host mentality and your passionate sales talent, you not only inspire our customers but also motivate your entire team through your positive charisma and authentic appearance.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the Store and Deputy Store Manager
• Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Competent sales of our collections
• Regular sales control and sales analyses
• Care and development of regular and new customers
• Independent work within your sales team
• Collaboration with the VM team and participation in merchandise presentation
• Handling our omni-channel systems
• Processing complaints and cashier duties

What do we need from you?

• Ideally, first experience in textile retail
• A strong sales affinity
• A motivating, confident personality as well as social skills
• Teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality
• Good English skills
