Department Manager Bakery
Do you want to make a difference every day and joyfully develop your team? Then you are exactly right with us! As a Department Manager Bakery, you support the employees as a coach and are responsible for the smooth production of the products.
Your future main tasks:
- Responsible for the production of our popular products
- Leading and coaching around 40 employees with individual support and targeted promotion
- Organizing and optimizing processes and workflows
- Participating in projects to further develop the department (e.g., use of modern technologies, digitalization)
Your ideal qualifications:
- Education at HF or FH level, several years of professional and leadership experience in a production company, ideally in the food sector or comparable qualification/continuing education
- Empathy and passion for leadingemployees
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good MS Office skills
