- You independently and solution-orientedly handle very complex benefit cases including pension cases in the accident insurance (UVG) and supplementary accident insurance (UVGZ) sector
- You communicate and negotiate with policyholders, insured persons, doctors, patient representatives, case managers, lawyers, and other social and private insurers
- You write demanding correspondence including rulings and conduct telephone conversations on an equal footing
- You work closely with our medical service
- You actively shape positive change – with curiosity and your constructive approach. Furthermore, you participate in professional and process-oriented working groups
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Federal diploma as a private or social insurance specialist or a completed law degree (lic. iur. or MLaw)
- Several years of practical experience in handling complex benefit cases in the social insurance sector; UVG experience is mandatory
- Empathetic and team-oriented personality with good negotiation skills and assertiveness, working independently and reliably
- Enjoyment of customer-oriented work and openness to the digital world
- Basic medical knowledge is a must
- You communicate confidently in German – French and English are a plus
- And: You have humor, drive, and enthusiasm for change
