What is my role?

• Creation of work plans and work instructions

• Preparing and calculating offers

• Programming on Heidenhain and Fanuc controls

• Budgeting and responsibility for the cost centre

• Preparation of reports

• Leading a small team

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic or similar technical education

• Further training as a technician

• AVOR experience, ideally in contract manufacturing and/or CNC machining

• Leadership experience

• High motivation and initiative

• Teamwork skills and strong communication
