Sales Back Office Clerk, 80-100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• You independently take over telephone and written customer advice
• In addition, you coordinate enquiries with sales consultants, service technicians and project managers
• You handle orders from A to Z and coordinate appointments with customers as well as suppliers
• Complaint handling as well as stock control also belong to your demanding area of responsibility
• The workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as a businesswoman / businessman or technical businesswoman / technical businessman or equivalent
• Good English skills are important, French is an advantage
• Solid experience in the above tasks is also important
• You are willing to visit other company locations from time to time
• Do you describe yourself as customer-oriented, communicative, cooperative and independent?
