SchlierenYour Tasks
- You support the social workers with administrative tasks in the provision of economic and personal assistance to clients according to the guidelines of the SBG
- You are responsible for the mail, telephone, and reception service at the Schlieren location
- You participate in case-related clarifications regarding reimbursements in health matters.
- You check and code invoices and ensure correct onward charging and invoicing.
- You independently handle general as well as specialised correspondence.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training and several years of professional experience
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional asylum-relevant foreign languages are an advantage
- Intercultural competences and respectful interaction with people with a migration background
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Careful handling of confidential and protected data

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 75,000 and 95,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
