Your options: Find your perfect role

1. Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or FaGe (60% – 80%)

Ideally, as an HF you bring the SVEB 1 certificate, or as a FaGe the vocational trainer course, or you are keen to engage in vocational training.

· What you do with us: You take on the professional, resource-oriented care and support of our residents, ensure care quality through planning, management and evaluation of care processes, and accompany learners on their path. You are planned in the role of daily responsibility, advise and support relatives in difficult situations and are the key nurse. In the protected ward, you ensure with your expertise a modern, person-centred support and care of people with dementia at eye level.

· Your extra mile: You actively participate in internal working groups to continuously develop our processes and care quality.

What you bring

· A completed tertiary-level education (Dipl. HF/FH, AKP, DN2), Health Specialist EFZ or a foreign qualification recognised by the SRK.

· As a qualified nursing specialist, perhaps an interest in taking on the position of deputy ward manager

· Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment

· Sense of humour, a bit of composure and yet ambition

· Joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and exchange between generations.

· Courage and enthusiasm for change

· Team spirit, which you actively live

· Experience in accompanying people with dementia at eye level

2. SRK Nursing Assistant or Health and Social Assistant AGS (60% – 80%)

What you do with us:

You support our team in daily care and support, bring a smile to our clients and create a feel-good atmosphere. You activate and accompany our residents in everyday life, care for their well-being and support them in maintaining or promoting existing resources. In the protected ward, you gladly take on not only general care but also the organisation of daily life for people with cognitive changes.

What you bring

· A completed training as Health and Social Assistant EBA or a certified SRK nursing assistant course.

· As a nursing assistant or AGS, perhaps already experience as incontinence responsible

· Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment

· Sense of humour, a bit of composure and yet ambition

· Joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and exchange between generations.

· Courage and enthusiasm for change

· Team spirit, which you actively live

· Experience in accompanying people with dementia at eye level

We offer "The Flex Model": Full power or half shifts?

We know that life must be flexible. That’s why we offer you two models:

· Classic: You work regular shifts with a workload of 60% to 80%.

· Family & Generations Model (Half shifts): Do you want more time for family, grandchildren or hobbies? With us, you can also apply exclusively for half shifts. In this model, you benefit from a workload of 40% to 60%.

· Or a mix of both. For example, half shifts during the week and normal (full) shifts at the weekend.
