Tasks
- You lead the Resident Control department – both professionally and personnel-wise
- Active participation in optimizing processes and further developing the department
- Supervision of the city’s resident register
- Responsibility for reviewing and exemptions from mandatory health insurance
- You advise residents in complex registration law cases
- You contribute to the organization and execution of votes and elections
Expectations
- Completed commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in a leadership position in public administration
- A good understanding of political processes
- Customer-oriented mindset combined with a professional appearance
- Strong social skills, communication strength, and organizational talent
- Excellent IT user skills as well as German language skills
- Foreign language skills (English/French) desired
