Sales Internal Service and Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central hub between customer, sales, production, purchasing and logistics. You ensure that quotes, orders, delivery dates, order confirmations and export documents are processed cleanly, completely and on time.

Your specific tasks:

• Recording and maintaining customer data in the ERP

• Creation and follow-up of quotes

• Communication with customers by email and telephone in German and English

• Recording and checking customer orders

• Scheduling of orders and creation of order confirmations

• Coordination with production and purchasing

• Creation of export-relevant documents and organisation of transports

• Compliance with customs and export regulations as well as regulatory requirements

• Handling complaints and returns within the framework of the RMA process

• Maintenance of import data and coordination with internal interfaces and customers

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with several years of experience in a Swiss SME

• Very confident handling of ERP systems and a strong willingness to consistently manage processes in the system

• Knowledge of export, customs and international shipping

• Basic technical understanding in an industrial environment is desirable

• Very good German and English skills

• Very precise and reliable working style even with a high volume of orders

• High service orientation and strong communication skills

• You can coordinate cleanly between sales, production, purchasing, logistics and customer, clarify priorities and actively follow up on open points
