Job Description

• Regular payroll runs (including accident and sick pay management)
• Mutations and adjustments in the ERP system
• Billing with our social and supplementary insurers
• Contact person for other payroll components such as EO, child allowance
• Preparation and posting of the withholding tax statement
• Support of the financial accounting
• Reconciliation tasks and assistance with balance sheet work

We expect

• Very good German language skills
• Another national language (FR or IT) is an advantage
• A completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in a comparable position
• Further training in accounting, payroll administration and/or social insurance is an advantage
• Solid MS Office skills
• A responsible, upbeat and stress-resistant personality
