Customer Advisor PKB (m/f/d)

Raiffeisenbank Neukirch-Romanshorn is an innovative and locally focused bank with branches in Neukirch (Egnach) and Romanshorn. To complement our team, we are looking for an open-minded, independent, and motivated personality as a customer advisor (m/f/d).

• Varied service for our customers and visitors at the counter
• Handling all counter transactions including cash management
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Advising our customers in the areas of numbers, saving/investing, and retirement planning
• Developing needs-based solutions based on customer information, incorporating our product range
• Participation and execution of target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns

• Completed banking training
• Experience in customer advisory at the counter
• Enjoyment of customer contact with a high level of service orientation and good communication skills
• Competent and responsible conduct
• Teamwork skills and high commitment
• Personal connection to the business region is an advantage
