Your Crew

Our Import/Export & Logistics team with 13 employees is the central hub for our international goods and material flows. Together, we ensure that everything arrives at the right place at the right time – from customs and export control to international transport and logistics. Your Mission

• Establishing and continuously improving all forwarding processes
• Handling and monitoring all import/export and cross-trade shipments
• Classification of Beyond Gravity articles according to customs tariff regulations (Tares)
• Organisation and execution of dangerous goods transports on all modes of transport, including issuing certificates and appropriate packaging in consultation with external service providers
• Organising national transports
• Preparing the necessary documents for transports
• Ensuring the filing of all documents to be retained
• Internal interface to logistics service providers and customs authorities, chambers of commerce
• Obtaining permits for special transports/oversized transports
• Checking transport invoices and monitoring cost trends for forwarding
• Ordering and managing transit documents (Carnet ATA, free passes)
• Internal advisory point on various forwarding/customs topics
• Handling and monitoring large project shipments (Ariane, Space One, Airbus…)

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in import/export
• Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
• Training in logistics and/or several years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in our industry
• Foreign trade specialist FH/HF
• Native German speaker / fluent English
