- Medical management of a psychiatric inpatient ward
- Implementation of innovative therapy concepts
- Mentor for assistant physicians and psychologists in training
- Co-design of the clinical information system (CIS)
- Individual assessment and counselling sessions
- Active participation in the therapeutic leadership team
- Contribution to the achievement of our strategic goals
- Part of our inspiring management team
- Support in the regional emergency service
