Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of Ward C as well as the night shift team
- Ensuring a professional nursing process and high nursing quality on the ward
- Responsibility for the duty roster of the day shifts of all three nursing wards as well as the night shifts
- Support of the Head of Nursing in personnel, organisational and administrative tasks
- Deputising for the Head of Nursing during her absence
- Taking on direct key worker duties during the day shift
- Leading nursing therapeutic groups as well as co-leading wellbeing groups
- Promoting constructive interprofessional collaboration and shaping a working climate that supports the professional and personal development of employees
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF and professional experience in a psychiatric environment
- Several years of leadership experience and completed or ongoing further training in management/leadership
- Independent, proactive, communicative and structured personality with enthusiasm for leadership responsibility
- High resilience, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation for professional and personal development
- Very good organisational skills and networked thinking
- Good PC application skills
- Excellent German language skills (native speaker or level C2 with several years of professional experience in a German-speaking environment)
