Your tasks

• You will be responsible for scheduling telephone appointments with new clients and those already in the portfolio, thus supporting our internal distribution in all outbound campaigns
• Your main role is to provide advice on a new healthcare management model, unique in its kind, to current clients
• Additionally, you will contact potential clients by phone
• You actively contribute to the preparation of offers and assist our team with general administrative tasks
• Your role is central in this context, where you offer quality advice on a revolutionary and unique healthcare management model
• Furthermore, you actively participate in our events, such as fairs, and attend Visana stands

Your profile

• Strong customer and performance orientation
• Flexibility to work beyond normal office hours
• Enjoy spending the day on the phone while maintaining a professional profile
• Excellent command of Italian; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Preferably experience in the insurance sector
