The Office of Justice of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.aju.llv.li) unites the departments of Land Registry, Commercial Register, Judiciary as well as Foundation and Trust Supervision / Anti-Money Laundering under one roof. The independent victim support office is administratively assigned to the office.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Clerical tasks related to the register of beneficial owners of legal entities and the Central Account Register
- Co-design and further development of processes as well as preparation of templates
- Collaboration in the further development of IT specialist applications
- Administrative support of the legal staff
- Completion of general secretarial and administrative tasks
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or higher commercial education
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the fiduciary or banking sector or at an authority
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
- Basic knowledge of Liechtenstein company law
- Enjoyment of IT topics and interest in the further development of specialist applications in cooperation with external IT service providers
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Independent working style, flexibility and openness to new tasks
