We are looking for an employee on behalf of our client, who has been based in the Basel region since 1923 and supports its customers in the field of electrical engineering. The Event Installations team supports private and public customers in the planning and setup of temporary installations. These include electrical connections during fairs, markets, concerts and events (festivals, sports and open-air). We plan the installation and provide infrastructure and customised solutions. To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a service-oriented and committed person for the role of Electromechanic / Warehouse Operative.

Job Description

• Warehouse management
• Material control and inspection, troubleshooting
• Temporary electrical installations (event and provisional) together with your team

We expect

• Basic training as an electrical fitter / electromechanic
• At least 5 years of professional / technical experience
• Experience in warehouse management and event technology is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
• Confidence in handling computers and systems
• Good knowledge of German; French and English are an advantage
• Sense of duty, accuracy and independence
• Reliability, teamwork, organisational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
