Your tasks
- You take responsibility for processing credit card payments, post direct debit collections and payment receipts that are not automatically matched, and take care of the control and processing of installment agreements including debt collection
- You actively participate in monthly closings and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- You act as deputy for the accounts payable clerk for invoice processing, payments, and dunning
Your profile
- A completed commercial basic education with further training in finance or accounting (e.g., accounting clerk) forms the foundation of your qualification
- You have several years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable accounting and are confident in using MS Office and SAP S/4HANA (FI module)
- You have a flair for numbers, show flexibility in handling different tasks and systems, like taking responsibility, and work in a structured manner
- Good German skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile - French skills are an advantage
