Your Tasks
Handling legal issues: You will deal with legal questions from the entire field of public law, especially police law, general administrative law, fundamental rights and data protection issues.
Preparing reports and expert opinions: You will write reports, expert opinions and statements. In addition, you will support the processing of political matters and complaints and contribute to the development of internal legal bases.
Supporting projects: You will work on legal issues in various projects of the Cantonal Police.
Expanding expertise: We offer you practical insight into the diverse and exciting tasks of the Legal Department of the Cantonal Police. You will have the opportunity to apply and further develop the expertise you acquired during your studies in practice.
Your Profile
Experience: You have an interest in legal issues in public law; preferably, you have already gained some experience in administrative law.
Personality: You enjoy working both independently and in a team, are responsible and communicative. You are interested in current affairs and political contexts.
Education: You hold a completed law degree (lic. iur. or Master of Law) from a Swiss university.
Language: You have a very good oral and written expression.
