A system is not running as expected? You investigate the cause and bring it back into reliable operation. For our client, we are looking for a Service Engineer who prepares technically demanding assignments, implements them at the customer site, and completes them neatly.
- You analyse faults and carry out repairs at the customer or at the Swiss site.
- You renew technical components and support modernisations of existing systems.
- You commission systems in the factory and at the customer.
- You participate in factory acceptance tests as well as installations and acceptance on site.
- You document results and provide technical feedback to the involved departments.
- You have technical further education at HF, FH level or in a comparable field.
- You can systematically narrow down technical faults and fix them independently.
- You communicate confidently in German and well in English; French is an advantage.
- You hold a valid driving licence and approach customers openly.
- You are willing to spend around 50-70% of your working time at customers.
- You handle varied cases from functional testing to repair.
- You see directly at the customer what your technical solution achieves.
- A structured induction prepares you for the systems.
- Flexible working models with partial home office options complement the travel activity.
- Professional and personal training is supported individually.
- A collegial team and short decision-making paths help you with complex assignments.
