- Responsibility for all steps in the care process, documentation, and administration
- Needs assessments with the InterRAI-CMH instrument
- Independent planning of assignments
- Close cooperation with the clients' environment (relatives, doctors/therapists, social workers, employers, etc.)
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
- Solid several years of professional experience in the psychiatric environment (ideally outpatient setting)
- Expertise in child and adolescent psychiatry (advantageous)
- Pronounced professional and social competence
- Experience in dealing with complex, rapidly changing care situations
- Contemporary IT user skills
- Category B driver's license, ideally own car
