Test Engineer In-Circuit Test (ICT)

Your tasks:

As a test engineer specialising in In-Circuit Test (ICT), you are part of our experienced test engineering team. You develop, programme and support test solutions for electronic assemblies, ensuring reliable and efficient testing in our production.

• Programming, commissioning and optimisation of In-Circuit Test systems (ICT)
• Creation and further development of ICT test programmes for electronic assemblies
• Analysis of circuit diagrams, parts lists, CAD/layout data and other product data for the creation of test programmes
• Development, support and maintenance of associated test hardware and test adapters
• Analysis and optimisation of test coverage, test times and fault detection
• Conducting debugging and fault analysis on electronic assemblies
• Validation and approval of new or modified test systems as well as handover to production
• Technical support for production in case of test problems and malfunctions
• Continuous improvement of existing test systems and test processes
• Collaboration with development, production, quality, customers and external partners

Your requirements:

• Completed technical training or further education in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or a comparable field
• Experience in programming and supporting In-Circuit Test systems (ICT) is a great advantage
• Good knowledge of electronics, circuit technology and measurement technology
• Ability to read, understand and systematically analyse electronic circuit diagrams
• Experience in fault finding and analysis of electronic assemblies
• Knowledge in programming or creating automated test sequences
• Experience in an industrial production environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Windows-based systems
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
