Role:
In this role, you take over the specialist department management for temporary heating systems and ensure that the most diverse requirements for heat and water supply are optimally met. You are responsible for the use of modern, mobile heating centres with various energy sources such as KS HVO 100, methanol, pellets, oil, gas and electrical energy and ensure efficient, reliable operation. You lead and develop a specialised team and use first-class infrastructure to successfully implement demanding projects. You make decisions with far-reaching responsibility and actively shape the further development of the specialist department. At the same time, you benefit from attractive conditions that allow you to focus on quality, innovation and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of the Construction and Emergency Heating department
Expansion and maintenance of customer and supplier relationships
Responsibility for equipment fleet, personnel development and resource planning
Support in the realisation of major projects as well as optimisation of internal processes
Ensuring a high quality standard and continuous organisational development
Qualifications:
Several years of leadership and industry experience in heating technology or a comparable environment
Extensive network with customers, suppliers and industry partners
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as convincing leadership skills
Communicative personality with confident appearance
Good IT skills and structured working method
