Health Specialist FaGe (m/f/d) 100 %
Your tasks
- Medical and nursing assistance in the paraplegiological consultation, as well as in the specialised consultations for dizziness, headaches and gait/movement disorders: transfer, preparation, positioning and monitoring of patients, blood pressure and pulse measurement, blood sampling, assistance with lumbar punctures, administration of infusion therapies, applying bandages, independent wound care (pressure sore control), photo documentation
- Ensuring a smooth process of outpatient rehabilitation, including accompanying patients to the various therapies within the facility
- Planning outpatient appointments for persons with examinations involving nursing services
- Management of materials and maintenance of medical devices
Your profile
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ or MPA EFZ with experience in wound care
- Experience in dealing with people with spinal cord injuries is an advantage
- High degree of independence and personal responsibility as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods
- Empathetic interaction with patients and their relatives
- Structured as well as service- and goal-oriented working style
- High social skills, very good communication and teamwork abilities
- User knowledge of KISIM and Opale is an advantage
- Good foreign language skills, especially English, Italian and/or French, are an advantage
