Your tasks
- You take on daily responsibility.
- You care for and support our residents individually and holistically.
- You actively shape the daily lives of our residents and promote their quality of life.
- You carry out care documentation carefully and completely.
- You are the contact person for relatives and key persons.
- You take on key care and ensure continuous support.
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
- Enjoyment in supporting trainees and fostering their potential
- Commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work all shifts (excluding night shifts)
- Organisational skills and an independent working style
- Team spirit, reliability, and empathy
