About the job
The Münchwilen School comprises the primary school centres Kastanienhof and Oberhofen as well as the secondary school centre Waldegg, with around 730 pupils and over 130 staff members. Each school centre is operationally managed by a school leadership team. A property manager is responsible for the infrastructure area. The school office supports these functions administratively. The strategic overall management with corresponding control and development tasks lies with the school board.
The persons sought by the school have
- an interest in educational matters,
- an openness to both school and societal development,
- a willingness to make decisions and discretion, and work well in a team,
- the ability to take responsibility, think conceptually and plan,
- time resources of at least 10 percent of a full-time position, which can be contributed over several years.
