Introduction

As an experienced personnel service provider, we are currently supporting a renowned Swiss company in strengthening its service team. We are looking for a committed, independent, and technically skilled individual who enjoys modern communication technology and direct customer contact.

Tasks

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of modern telematics and communication solutions
• Preparation, execution, and accompaniment of acceptance tests - both in operation and at the customer’s site
• Configuration, testing, and optimisation of systems and individual components
• Adjustment and maintenance of technical and production-relevant documentation
• Professional coordination and supervision of subcontractors on site
• Direct contact person for clients and project participants on site
• Competent support of customers with expansions, adjustments, and technical change requests

Profile

• Completed technical training as a telematics technician, automation technician, electrician, or in a comparable profession
• Strong technical understanding; knowledge in the network area is essential
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Experience in field service as a service technician is an advantage
• High flexibility and willingness for occasional on-site assignments and occasional night work
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
