Group Leader Nursing Ward Thoracic Surgery & Pneumology 80-100%

Your area of responsibility as Group Leader
- You care for patients with complex thoracic surgical and pneumological conditions (e.g. after lung resections, with respiratory insufficiency or oncological therapies) and ensure evidence-based, safe nursing throughout the entire treatment process
- As part of the daily responsibility, you coordinate the processes on the ward, prioritise resources and act as the central contact person for interdisciplinary professional groups along the patient pathway
- You support the department management in professional and organisational leadership tasks, take co-responsibility for personnel deployment planning, accompany new employees and promote team development
- You actively contribute to ensuring and further developing nursing quality, implement quality standards and participate in Shared Governance committees or specialist groups
- You participate in projects and change processes in the highly specialised environment of thoracic surgery and pneumology and bring your nursing expertise specifically into innovation and optimisation initiatives
