What you need to have
- Basic commercial training or apprenticeship with experience or additional training in administration and/or sales
- Insurance intermediary certification (AFA) or willingness to obtain it
- Affinity for consulting and sales aptitude
- Enjoyment in active selling and customer contact
- Entrepreneurial mindset and skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Sales-oriented, independent and proactive personality, with good manners and negotiation skills
- Native Italian speaker, good knowledge of German and French
