WISS is a leading educational institution in vocational training and offers initial and continuing education in the fields of business, computer science, and real estate, from school-organised apprenticeships to courses at the higher technical college level. To strengthen our basic education team in Zurich, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a supervisor for our internship companies.You are a passionate hunter (with farmer tendencies) and are responsible for the further development and maintenance of the internship partner network. This includes new acquisitions, development, support, and accompaniment of network partners and learners. Together with the school management, course supervision, and marketing, you ensure the quality, organisation, and handling of the training processes. Your main workplace is Zurich, but you also maintain the network through regular on-site partner visits in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Your tasks include, among others:
▪ Support and continuous expansion of the pool of internship companies for the WISS locations through acquisition, networking, and involvement of the marketing department
▪ Accompanying learners during their internships and ensuring that processes are followed
▪ Main contact person for all matters concerning internships
▪ Administrative tasks for the department
▪ Participation in and/or independent execution of projects
▪ Communication and coordination with public authorities
Your strengths include, among others:
▪ Approaching companies and building win-win-win (WISS-partner-learner) partnerships
▪ Empathy and good negotiation skills
▪ High social and communication competence
▪ Preferably completed apprenticeship in computer science, business administration, or sales
▪ Very good written and spoken communication (German)
▪ Reliability, punctuality, and high degree of independence
▪ Several years of professional experience in the operational area of a company, preferably in partner network management
▪ IT affinity, preferably with experience in the IT environment
