The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organisation effectively combines a local approach with an overall vision, guaranteeing the population a comprehensive and local hospital service, regardless of where the services are required.

To complete our team of Hospitality Services at the Lugano Regional Hospital, we are looking for a:

Profile:
The ideal candidate has professional experience as a Cook in medium/large private or public organisations. They feel comfortable in a multicultural environment and know how to manage interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. They are willing, flexible to change, enthusiastic about bringing new ideas, and able to ensure quality while respecting times and procedures.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal certificate of capacity as a cook AFC
- solid experience in the catering sector
- solid knowledge of equipment, food techniques and HACCP standards
- ability to plan work effectively and efficiently
- autonomy, flexibility, confidentiality
- teamwork orientation
- proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) and a second national language (Fr/De)
- good IT skills
