Would you like to get involved in the after-school care at St. Karli Primary School? And work with children from kindergarten to second grade? Then we may soon welcome you to our team.

• You take on the educational responsibility for a group and actively shape the children’s daily routine.
• You are responsible for professional care work, planning and organising their daily activities.
• You are a reliable contact person for children and parents and conduct parent and professional discussions.
• You maintain contact with teachers, caretakers and other school professionals.
• You conduct parent meetings (no evening shifts).
• You complete your annual working hours mainly during school weeks, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• You have a social pedagogical, childhood pedagogical or educational qualification.
• You enjoy and are motivated to actively help shape the St. Karli day school from summer 2026.
• You have experience working with school children aged 4 to 8 years.
• You can empathise well with the children’s world and enjoy working with groups of children – also in culturally and age-mixed groups.
• You approach children and adults with empathy and appreciation and enjoy working in a team.
• You are interested in the approach of New Authority and are willing to engage with it.
• You have already gained experience in planning and administrative tasks.
• You are willing to commit yourself on three days per school week.
