Key information about the position:

Reference: CLS/RH/2026.789 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday in 12-hour shifts (7:00 am-8:00 pm / 7:30 pm-7:30 am) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

As a Nurse within the Pool, you provide support in the medical and surgical units according to the institution's needs. This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, offers the opportunity to apply a varied nursing expertise in a dynamic environment, and provides a stimulating professional practice on a daily basis.

What will you be expected to do?

• Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualised and quality care
• Ensure rigorous documentation of care in the electronic patient record
• Strictly apply hygiene, asepsis and safety rules
• Quickly integrate into the teams of the services where you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalism

Who will you be working with?

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
• Strong skills in general care, both in medicine and surgery
• Excellent adaptability, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Rigor, organisation and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
