SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

In this role, as an IT Business Partner SAP SuccessFactors HCM, you contribute to supporting the health of a large workforce with modern HR processes. You take on the support and further development of specialised SAP applications in the HCM environment, ensuring efficient workflows. You work closely with the specialist departments and tailor technical solutions specifically to their needs. You ensure that support processes function stably, reliably, and user-friendly. By analysing professional requirements and translating them into IT solutions, you significantly shape the continuous optimisation of the HR system landscape.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM and guarantee continuity as well as further development
- In this role, you work closely with specialist departments and IT teams, handle disruptions, and implement change requests
- As an IT Business Partner SAP SuccessFactors HCM, you plan and carry out necessary updates and regularly maintain the systems, also outside regular working hours
- You coordinate internal and external resources in the ERP solutions environment
- In this role, you define the interfaces to and from SAP SuccessFactors/HCM
- As an IT Business Partner SAP SuccessFactors HCM, you take the lead of ICT projects in the ERP solutions environment
Qualifications:
- You have solid SAP knowledge and at least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- You master the SuccessFactors solutions
- You know the HCM module in an SAP ECC environment, ideally complemented by experience with SAP S4H
- You have several years of experience as an SAP key user, have a strong interest in IT, and are willing to engage with technical aspects
- Ideally, you bring several years of experience in the hospital environment and communicate fluently in French and German
- You are characterised by excellent interpersonal skills and are willing to perform on-call duty for a maximum of 4 weeks per year
