About the job

For our Finance Department, we are immediately looking for a committed and motivated personality as

• Management of the financial accounting of Asana Gruppe AG, Asana Spital Leuggern AG and Asana Spital Menziken AG including consolidated financial statements
• Professional, organizational and personnel management of a team of 4 employees and two apprentices at two locations
• Preparation of all periodic and ad-hoc reports
• Provision of management information and advice to line departments on financial matters
• Collaboration in the maintenance and expansion of the MIS (based on QlikSense)
• Optimization and monitoring of net working capital including liquidity planning
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Coordination and cooperation with the audit firm
• Maintenance, further development and monitoring of the ICS (including competence regulation)
• Leadership of and participation in projects

• Specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent education and training with a focus on finance at FH or HF level
• Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting, confident in closing and experience in managing employees
• Experience in healthcare/hospital, knowledge of SAP (modules FI/MM) and QlikSense is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the application and implementation of Swiss GAAP FER
• Solution- and goal-oriented working style
