Electromechanical Assembler (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Electromechanical assembly: Assemble mechanical and electrical components of UPS modules and systems following operating instructions, technical drawings and company procedures.
• Electrical wiring: Perform electrical connections, laying and fixing cables and components according to technical specifications.
• Quality control: Verify the correct execution of operations, carry out the required self-checks and report any anomalies or non-conformities.
• Use of tools: Correctly use hand tools, power tools and tightening instruments, respecting torque settings and marking procedures.
• Material management: Check the availability and conformity of components necessary for assembly activities.
• Safety and organisation: Comply with HSE procedures and maintain order and cleanliness of workstations according to 5S principles.
• Continuous improvement: Collaborate to achieve production targets, respect cycle times and contribute to waste reduction.

Requirements

• Technical training in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields, experience in industrial wiring and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Previous experience in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical assembly in industrial contexts.
• Good manual skills and familiarity with the use of assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
• Precision, attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
• Reliability, flexibility and availability to work shifts.
